Federal District ADASA

Ademais, the only paragraph of this article establishes that other areas of ability could be delegated to the ADASA in the form of the law (4). In this context, the first area of ability of the ADASA is of hdricos resources, understood the diverse uses of the water. With effect, it fits to the ADASA, specifically in what it says respect the hdricos resources of domain of the Federal District, to discipline, in normative character, the implantation, operacionalizao, control and evaluation of the instruments of the politics of hdricos resources (4). One of the main abilities of the ADASA in this scope is> to grant the right of use of the hdricos resources, observed the made use one in the legislation and the district plans of hdricos resources. Another important ability of the ADASA is prescribed, to fiscalize and to control with being able of policy the qualitative and quantitative use of the hdricos resources (4). Beyond the main abilities of the elencadas ADASA above, it fits them respective activities related to the water bodies of the Union whose administration will be trusted to it, respected made use in the terms of delegation or the act of contract.

Ademais, the ADASA will be able to delegate or to attribute to the agencies of hidrogrficas basins the execution of activities of its ability, in the terms of the legislation in vigor (4). It is standed out that the hdricos resources do not integrate the public services of basic sanitation (4). The second area of ability of the ADASA is of basic sanitation, understood as the set of services, infrastructures and operational installations of water supply potable, sanitary exhaustion, urban cleanness and handling of solid residues and urban pluvial water draining and handling (4). In this scope, it competes to the ADASA, specifically in what the basic sanitation in the Federal District says respect, to discipline, in normative character, the implementation, operacionalizao, control and evaluation of the instruments of the politics of basic sanitation of the Federal District (4).
